From the first phone call to the last email, the service has been nothing but brilliant. You answered all my questions and supported me when ordering the butterflies. The order form itself was well displayed and easy to understand. I did have some odd questions in regards to keeping the butterflies and checking that it was ok to keep them in our cold facilities but you had settled all my anxieties and made it a pleasant experience and it was stress free. The butterflies came the day before the funeral by special delivery and had been well cared for. They had all been sleeping throughout the journey and I was warned of the funny colour marks the butterflies may leave inside the box. All normal for the pink ladies. The day of the funeral couldn\u2019t of gone any better. The butterflies were released and poem read and it was a wonderful warm day, so they flew out straight over to the beautiful flowers for everyone to admire. It was just a wonderful experience for the family and just made that funeral even more special for them all.
